Annelyse Wolfe
Status:
Wizard born
Nationality:
English
Residence:
Wales, England
Function:
First year, Ravenclaw
Wand:
23,7 cm walnut wood and phoenix feather
Her appearance is dark brown hair and hazelnut eyes. Her hair curls slightly at the end and is kept in pigtails, a ponytail, a bun, or allowed to hang freely. When this happens, her hair comes down to her stomach and aqquires a slightly wavy appearance. She loves animals (including mythical creatures) and art in general. Not to mention her favorite seasons are fall and spring, due to the awe-inspiring colors and the near-perfect weather. She draws things like this, even though she almost always does not consider her artwork good. She has a habit of biting her lip when she's stressed (and occasionally making it bleed) as well as picking at her fingernails with her quill.  But some things that scare her are holes, goblins, and depending on where she is, darkness. She tries not to let those fears overcome her.
She originally lived in Wales and loved to cook with her parents (but never with magic until she got her letter). Her parents were kind but had limits, and thus Annelyse knew how to restrain herself. As the only child, she came up with things to do and sometimes found her parents' wand.  The wand would be pointed at objects accidentally and broke them, but her mother and father were never there to see it. Her parents, of course, found her and began to laugh and took the wand out of her hand.  Her mother and father died, for reasons she'd rather keep personal. However, when her parents were still alive, her father worked at the Ministry of Magic for reasons even Annelyse does not know. Her mother did not have any job. Right after her mother died, about a year after her father due to stress, heartbreak, and eventually depression which led to sickness and death. A few days later, on her 11th birthday, as her only cousin brought her a cake from her home in London, the letter arrived.
Her key traits are inquisitive, enthusiastic, mischievous, and wise. She usually can't wait to learn something new, but when being mischievous she must also be cautious, because better safe than sorry (as she likes to say).  To learn more about her, you'll have to see for yourself.
