Brown-blonde ombré hair (used to be all dark brown, but she is a swimmer and the chlorine bleached her hair). Her original hair color shows in her dark brown eyebrows and eyes and freckles. Her hair is often straight though, when worn in braid overnight it ends up wavy. Although she is skinny, A defined jawline, 6-pack, and a some muscle, show her strength.

“Work for it, don’t wish for it.” Aurelia believes that you won’t get anywhere in life by wishing for something, you have to work to achieve it. She is dedicated and hard working in everything she does. She is very ambitious coming up with seemingly impossible goals, yet sets her mind to it and achieves them. She is intent on getting top marks in every class, and constantly improving in track, but most importantly, swim.

Aurelia Collet lives with a supportive family, her mom: Anastasia Collet, dad: Christopher Collet, and brother: Zachary Collet. She works hard in swimming and recently joined track. She works hard in school and earns all A’s. She has many friends and best friends, two of which, Maxine May and Zoella May, are twins who have been her best friends since the age of 3, before her brother was even born!

Aurelia Collet’s first instance of magic erupted in the most important swim meet, champs. In an event where she had always won. She knew she was gonna win. Yet, as she touched the wall and lifted her gaze to the scoreboard, a chill of disbelief washed over her.
8th place. Her breath hitched. That couldn’t be right. She had trained relentlessly, poured every ounce of her strength into this race. And yet—five seconds slower? A mistake. It had to be. Aurelia’s hands curled into fists as a hot wave of frustration surged through her. Her pulse pounded in her ears. She glared at the scoreboard, demanding it to change, to show the truth.
Then—CRACK!
A thunderous snap echoed. Gasps and shrieks filled the air as the scoreboard splintered in two, jagged lines of destruction tearing through the screen. In a heartbeat, it collapsed, crashing onto the pool deck in a shower of shattered plastic and fizzing wires.
Silence followed. Swimmers froze. Coaches scrambled. Spectators whispered, eyes wide with shock. But Aurelia just stood there, chest heaving, heart hammering like a drum. She hadn’t touched it. Had she? A flicker of something strange—something powerful—coursed through her veins, leaving her breathless. She didn’t know how, but somehow, deep in her bones, she knew. She had done that.
And it was only the beginning.
