Biography
He comes from a long lineage of pure-bloods, but his family has never been very fond of Hogwarts. When his grandfather was a student there, he was caught breaking several rules, such as using magic outside of designated areas to attack students from a rival house and drinking alcohol, which led to his expulsion from Hogwarts.
Since then, his grandfather pledged that no one from his family would ever attend Hogwarts or any other wizarding school while he was alive. As a result, his father had to decline the invitation when it arrived.
He never left his family manor and was home-schooled, leaving him with little opportunity to make friends. This made him shy and accustomed to being alone.
Over time, he began reading more and more to pass the time until he became engrossed in fantasy novels, which sparked his desire to attend Hogwarts. when he was ten years old his grandfather died rendering his pledge void and now Xeiken was free to attend.
His family wasn’t supportive of this decision, as they still held a grudge over the incident with his grandfather. However, he was determined to leave that life behind and make friends, so he began misbehaving and arguing with his parents until they finally agreed to let him attend.
First Instance of Magic
He spent many hours alone, thinking about the magical world, the creatures that live in it, and what it might feel like to cast a spell. One day, when he was nine years old and reading about Centaurs, he could vividly picture them in his mind. Inspired, he wanted to draw one on a piece of paper but found none nearby, but he really wanted to draw.
Suddenly, a thin, bright lilac light appeared in mid-air right in front of him, forming the silhouette of a Centaur. At first, he was frightened and flinched back. But then the lilac outline blinked a couple of times, and in that moment, he realized he was creating it himself—somehow. He stood still, amazed, watching until the drawing slowly faded away.
