Physical Description:
Yelena has large, almond-shaped hazel eyes. Her eyes are then framed by long, dark lashes. Yelena's skin is fair and smooth, the apples of her cheeks having a slightly pink tone to them. Half of her dark brown hair is tied up and adorned with a black silk though. She has a nice bone structure with high cheekbones. She also has a slender frame and reaches the height of 145 centimeters.

Mental Description:
Yelena is someone who is full of energy, creativity, and kindness. She has a natural charm that has helped her get out of many scoldings from her family and has helped her make friends wherever she goes. Yelena is also quite intelligent and quick-witted when it comes to knowledge of magic, having been raised in pureblood family. Though because of this, she's come to love chatting about anything and everything regarding magic. Yelena is known to be a very friendly and curious person too, having caused her parents a headache when they would visit muggle London since she will often run ahead in order to see everything and learn about what is going on. She is quite stubborn when it comes to someone trying to stop her from exploring or, in her mind, learning. Though she isn't one to push the authority's buttons.

Yelena is empathetic and always ready to listen to friends who need support. She is incredibly loyal to her friends and has been known to stand up for them, even when it may not be necessary. With her goal of learning everything she can about everything around her, she become a very determined and ambitious young girl. With her desire for information, Yelena has grown to be very open-minded. She's also grown to have a positive outlook as with it keeps her focused on her goals and stops her from feeling sad about not having yet reached her goals.

Some of Yelena's hobbies include reading the books her older brothers bring her from their travels to other Wizarding around the world. While she is not allowed to play Quidditch just yet, she loves watching matches with her family and hopes to play one day. Some other of Yelena's hobbies include writing, taking care of her familiy's pet crup, and drawing. One of Yelena's prized possessions is her journal that's filled with drawings of magical creatures she's seen when traveling with her family and of journal entries regarding anything she learned.

Biography:
Yelena's family consists of her mother, father, and her two older brothers. Her parents would homeschool her and her brothers, with the help of some tutors, until the age of eleven. Yelena's life took place primarily in the London Wizarding community, though she would travel to America with her father and brothers to visit relatives. It would be during these vacations where Yelena would be allowed to visit muggle communities the most, with the watchful eye of her older brothers. Yelena is very close with her entire family. Yelena's parents encourage her to pursue her curiosities as they understand where it's coming from. Although they are considerably more hesitant when it comes to exploring it around muggles, they simply just keep a closer eye on her. They don't keep her away from muggles as they themselves sometimes have to work with muggles to accomplish their goals in their own professions. Joseph being Yelena's primary encourager when it comes to interacting with the muggle world. Yelena's brothers often act as her mentors, sharing whatever they learned with her. Whether it be willingly or after hours of pleading from her to share what they learned while at Hogwarts.


Luciana Knight, Yelena's mother, is a pureblooded witch from England who graduated Hogwarts as a Ravenclaw. She currently works as a Magizoologist and has contributed to some notable findings. She is the most hesitant when it comes to Yelena interacting with muggles, not out of prejudice, but out of fear for her safety as she's had to witness the increasing violence in muggle society. Though she has been very comfortable with Yelena being around magical beasts, of course, with her supervision.

Joseph Knight, Yelena's father, is a pureblooded wizard from America and graduated from Illvermorny as a Thunderbird. Though he visited England, where he eventually met Luciana, during his travels to learn more about herbology. He is a Herbologist and Potioneer, having met Luciana thanks to their somewhat similar career paths. He is quite relaxed, often having Yelena stand by him as he is working on a new potion or studying a new magical plant. Much to the annoyance of his wife. Joseph likes to say Yelena is the most like him when it comes to personality, something his wife agrees with.

Sebastian and Edward Knight are Yelena's two older fraternal twin brothers. The two of them are notably much older than Yelena, having been born seven years before her. The oldest of the twins, Edward, graduated as a Slytherin while Sebastian graduated Hogwarts as a Gryffindor. Edward now works as a Hit-Wizard, while Sebastian plays Quidditch for the English National Quidditch team as chaser.

Edward is the most reserved of the twins, something that often intimidates people. Including his siblings. Though he is more chatty when around his siblings and his close friends. He is known to be an exceptional duelist, he was encouraged to become an auror by his professors after seeing his scores on his N.E.W.T.s. Though he would become a Hit-Wizard instead, desiring more to be a protector and having unregulated dueling. He encouraged Yelena growing up to learn more about dueling and provided her a few lessons regarding strategy and possible situations. He is said to be the most like his mother, though his talents were in potions, dueling, and herbology.

Sebastian is the most outgoing of the twins. He was popular during his time at Hogwarts, having been known to be a great Quidditch player and having a talent for flying and dealing with magical beasts. Sebastian received the most detentions due to his ability to chat nonstop. He also was known to be a quite mischievous, playing pranks on his brother and other Slytherins. With his talent in Quidditch, he taught Yelena how to take care of a broom, how to handle it, and what to do if she ever got stuck. Though he never allowed her to ride it, not wanting to be at fault for any accident. He'd also teach her everything he could about Quidditch, from players to strategies.

First Instance of Magic:
When Yelena was seven years old, she was playing outside with her two older brothers, who were 14 years old at the time. The three of them were playing an game of ball. Yelena was running around with all her might, trying to keep up as her brothers who would toss the ball high into the air before teasing her to catch it.

As they threw the ball back and forth, Yelena felt determined to show them she could still play with them despite her age. Though with every throw that she failed to catch, her excitement turned into embarrassment. When the ball flew over her head again, and her brothers laughed, Yelena became frustrated.

In that moment, the ball suddenly stopped mid-flight and glided towards her. It hovered for a brief moment before landing perfectly in her hold.

Her brothers, who had been watching in a stunned silence before they erupted into cheers. Edward carried her as Sebastian lead the three of them towards their house, eager to tell their parents of the news.
