₊˚⊹⋆ Physical Description: A young girl with a rather fair complexion and freckles covering her face and body. She stands at 4'9", and is a little bit plump. Her hair is red and long, with a slight curl, and she usually keeps it pulled away from her face. She has blue eyes, a sweet, round face, and rosy cheeks. She burns very easily in the sun.

₊˚⊹⋆ Mental Description: Like any 11 year old, Phoebe has a natural curiousity about the world. She greatly enjoys reading, and reads at an advanced level for her age. She has always been more of a wallflower type, preferring to observe those around her than to socialize with them, and for most of her life has kept mainly to herself. Phoebe has a fascination with the stars and the night sky, and likes to sleep outdoors; at her home she has a tent in the backyard she would sleep in during summers. She has never been very good at making friends, with her closest friend being her younger sister, Melanie, but that is not to say she is rude or unkind, she is just a bit shy, and can come off somewhat disinterested in other people and a bit spacey.

₊˚⊹⋆ Biography: Phoebe Anne Sinclair was born to a muggle father, Carter James Sinclair, and a witch mother, Florence Felicity Sinclair (nee Cowan). She was their second child, born 5 years after her older sister, Sabrina Magdalene Sinclair, and 3 years before her younger sister, Melanie Anne Sinclair. Carter, her father, was a pilot, and traveled frequently for work and her mother, Florence, worked as a court scribe in a lower court of the Wizengamot. Phoebe grew up between two worlds; she went to a normal, non magical primary school, but was very immersed in wizarding culture at home, through her mother. In fact, since her father travelled frequently for work, she was raised in a very similar manner to most wizarding children. She had an incredibly normal childhood, for a witch, and did well in primary school, though she struggled to make friends as many of her peers saw her as odd. When Phoebe was 6, her sister Sabrina was accepted to Hogwarts, which made Phoebe incredibly excited at the prospect that she too, may get to go to Hogwarts. Every summer her sister would arrive home with incredible stories, which Phoebe and Melanie soaked up like sponges.

₊˚⊹⋆ First Instance of Magic: When Phoebe was 3, her older sister Sabrina was gifted a small, white rat for her 8th birthday. Phoebe was given strict instruction not to mess with Sabrina's new pet, but being 3 years old, she did not care much for these instructions. The rat was kept in a cage in the girl's bedroom, and at nights Phoebe would leave her bed to go stick her fingers through the bars of the cage to play with the animal, since she could not open the cage herself. One night, when she went to go play with the rat, she found she was able to stick her entire hand effortlessly through the bars of the cage, and pull the rat out of its enclosure. She slept with it that night, the animal laying on her little chest.
