Physical Description: He is 4' 11", blonde hair that almost looks white, blue eyes, always has some type of bruise or scrape due to getting in trouble and being clumsy.

Mental Description: He's kind of a doormat but when he stands up for himself he gets a little aggressive. His mind is constantly plagued with questions about his missing older brother who also went to Hogwarts. He's a wannabe flirt and is terrible at it. He tries his best to do stereotypical 'boy things' but is not the best, such as playing Quidditch.

Biography: He was born in Dover, but his grandmother and brother were from Germany. He grew up in a household that primarily spoke German, but he learned both English and German. He lived with his grandma and older brother, Alistair. His grandma pressures him to be the man of the house since Alistair went missing. His grandmother is a muggle born. His mother perished while giving birth, and his father died in a wizard duel before Jasper's mother gave birth. He was home schooled.

First Instance of Magic: When he was a young lad and begging for answers about his brother, he got frustrated when his grandmother refused to budge and would not share a single detail about what she knew. His wizard powers caused the living room lamp to flicker on and off.
