Zosia 'Zo' Novak is a single child who grew up in the middle of Bristol, England, belonging to Harold and Marigold Novak, her father being a Muggle and her mother a Witch. Growing up, Zo knew she was unlike the other kids, and while they would be outside playing, she would be inside with her mother, practicing spells, potions, incantations, preparing herself for the fateful day she, too, would attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry just like her. Her father, though a Muggle, had always been fascinated by her mother's abilities and now his daughter's, too, and supported them both in any way possible.

Zo had always been a very quiet young girl, though this led many at her Muggle school to believe she was nothing but strange. She never had many friends, or any, for that matter, and more often than not had her nose stuck in a book. Although she was eager and anxious for the day to arrive that she would be attending Hogwarts, Zosia still stayed hard working and studious even in her Muggle work, wanting to make both of her parents proud in all areas of her life.

As for her appearance, Zo has chestnut brown hair that falls just past her shoulders, normally wearing it down and a little unkempt at times, and dark brown eyes. She has a very small stature and thin build, making it easy for her to blend into the background. Her voice is sweet sounding and soft-spoken, and she sometimes has trouble speaking up, though being somewhat shy and in her shell doesn't help these matters.

Zosia is hoping to come out of her shell and meet many more like-minded kids her age once attending Hogwarts, as she wants to make lifelong companions who understand her. She is very hardworking, loyal, and kind. Like her mother, Zo is hoping to be sorted into the Ravenclaw house, though she sees the amazing qualities in all four and would be proud to represent any.
