Cassadin is an outspoken boy who actively rebels against authority figures. He speaks his mind and does not care what others think of him. He is quick to judge others for their actions and can be distrustful of classmates when they act close. He is aggressive in sports and will not back down from conflicts, especially when his friends are involved. He does not like to take orders and will usually try to do his own thing instead.

His father always told him that loyalty and determination were the most important things in the world, so a long as those were held onto, you would do just fine. Cassadin is unlikely to talk about a friend behind their back and if he does, it is something he had already confronted them about.

Cassadin is of average height for his age, though he is slightly heavier do to a more tone physique. He exercises daily and practices boxing moves that his older brother and coach had taught him. He has thick, dark, curly hair that is usually kept messy.

The Blunt family run a small pub in Dalkey. While small, it is still a popular hot spot for locals and tourists alike. Within the family there are three sons; Jonathan at 14, Cassadin at 11, and Luke at 9.  He and his brothers attended schools together and are very close. Jonathan taught him how to box, in which he then became an avid fan. Although there was some conflict when it was revealed that Cassadin would be moving away for his education at Hogwarts, things were shortly patched up at home. While he was worried at first at the thought of being sent far away from home for a year, after finding out that his close friend Kevin Reagan was attending the same year, Cassadin felt at ease. He then looked forward towards the upcoming school year and the future shenanigans that would take place.
