Physical Description: At eleven years old, Maisie is a small but fierce girl. She has brown hair and brown eyes and pale skin. She is of average height and weight for a child her age. Her wardrobe has a flair for color, but is nothing too garish.

Mental Description: Maisie is intuitive and assertive for her age. Easily excitable, she wants to learn and try as many things as she can—including magic.

Biography: Masie comes from a primarily wizarding line that views muggles as anything, but an obstacle. Rather her parents (a dressmaker and a journalist), take inspiration from the intersection of the magical and muggle worlds. In this way, although she knows about the laws, she views the world inherently inclusive and menagerie of experiences and people to learn from. This comes largely from her paternal grandmother, is a muggle and has strived to share that part of her life with the family. Up until her admission to Hogwarts, Maisie attended muggle school in the city per her parents' wishes. A good student, she enjoys working with others and exploring the city.

First Instance of Magic: Maisie had been playing in her mother's studio. This was a common occurrence as the flat in the city was anything but large. Every once in while her mother might ask her opinion, not that she had a great sensibility art yet. And one day, she was quite opinionated on how a dress should look (after being agitated earlier) that when her mother disagreed, the scissors floated up on thier own and cut off the hem abruptly. There could only be one culprit.
