Stella has dark slightly wavy (2b) hair, that is normally in a half up-half down style held in place with a crescent moon hairpin. She has hazel eyes and fair skin. Outside of her uniform she wears Victorian goth fashion. Her wardrobe consists of many blouses with puffed sleeves and collars. A variety of knee and ankle length dresses, with flared skirts.

While friendly, Stella often keeps to herself. She prefers having close connections over a myriad of friends. Being an ambivert, she gets bored a being alone too long, but gets drained easily when surrounded by people. She enjoys learning and reading in her free time, but has a tendency of slacking off or procrastinating, especially when she is given assignments.

Stella comes from a line of potioneers and herbologists. Her childhood was filled of late nights observing the stars with her mother who had a passion for astronomy. Her father worked at an apothecary, using ingredients her mother grew. Most of Stella's friends came in the form of the children of her parents colleagues, or visitors of the apothecary.

Stella's first use of accidental magic first occurred at a picnic outing. Many of Stella's extended family were attending this over the top event, ranging from aunts and uncles, cousins both younger and older, as well as family friends and their children. Stella was reluctantly sat at the children's blanket, where many of the other kids were yelling loudly and horsing around. While Stella initially enjoyed seeing all of her friends again, her social battery was quickly draining, and she was steadily getting more overwhelmed. Out of nowhere, the plants around her burst in color, and for a moment there was peace, as this captivated her and the other children. This brief moment quickly ended as her parents became aware of what happened. Immediately she was swooped up by her father. He was overjoyed that she finally showed signs of magic. She was 8 by that time, and he was starting to worry that she wouldn't ever show magic.
