NOTE FOR AUDITORS: Would a compromise to this back and forth regarding having schizophrenia be portraying it as a mild form? I may be portraying it incorrectly in this character bio, but in no way do I intend for it to be a central pillar of my character, bu an ancillary trait that helps me connect myself with my character. I'm not walking around hearing voices and accusing people of hurting me, instead it presents itself much more as being an airhead almost. I am sometimes lost in the conversations in my head or the interactions with things that aren't real, but that isn't my reality. It's in my head as a separate thing that only slightly is reflected in my role play. If you truly feel the easiest solution would be to remove it entirely, at this point I will remove it or consider a different community.

Physical Description: I stand about 4' 9" tall, so slightly on the shorter side, but my family descends from Okinawan wizards and wizards, so I'm more on the tall side when it comes to my family! I have mostly traditional Asian features, dark eyes, fair skin, but most notable (I think), is my hair. I have an uncontrollable mop of pitch black hair, but the cool part is my "lucky streak" I have a long strand of stark white hair that I keep uncut and hold it to be my good luck charm (most of my family thinks is the result of my bad luck and I should just get rid of it, but I'm just keeping on)!

Mental Description: I can be pretty lost in thought and often times will get lost in the moment. Due to an early onset diagnosis of schizophrenia which has been magically treatment resistant, sometimes I struggle matching reality with non-reality, a problem amplified exponentially by magic, but I'm hoping that additional training in magic will help me to steady my mind and I will be able to become a "normal" functioning person again with my magic.

Biography: I lived with my maternal family running a monastery in Okinawa when I was a kid, and I really enjoyed my time there because there was a chance for my family to freely practice magic inside the confines of the monastery away from the muggles. I greatly enjoyed my upbringing, and spent time primarily with my mom and my several younger siblings. Unfortunately, when I was relatively young, my mom succumbed to a stroke followed by the poisoning of a local magic spider and we were unable to get her any treatment soon enough. As a result I was sent with my siblings to live with my aunt, a squib, and older cousin in England and have been well cared for ever since. That occurred when I was 8, with the younger siblings being , a set of twins aged 5. My aunt and cousin lived alone, as she had never married, but it was a very nurturing environment. My brothers haven't yet displayed any signs of magic, but they are a bit young, but my cousin graduated from Beauxbatons (she was a foreign exchange student) over 5 years ago and works for the St. Mungo's as a doctor specializing in poisonings as she had a unique proficiency for potionry.

First Instance of Magic: The event that put me on the radar for Hogwarts occurred when I first arrived in England. While I was struggling with the move, I got in a fight with one of my cousins over something petty. In response to something she said, I couldn't think if a quip to fire back, so while turning around and stomping away, I caused the ground (a nice lawn) to become soft so her feet sank, and quickly stiffened the dirt so she sank into the ground ankle deep.
