Arty was short and androgynous , with black and silver short wolfcut and green eyes with a mole on their cheek. They wear modest dark gothic clothing, preferring long skirts and to personalize their clothes/belongings
Arty is a pretty quiet student, fairly smart and tries to shy away from confrontational or dangerous situations. Arty has a hard time socializing and making friends sometimes, but they greatly value those close to them. Arty can sometimes become fascinated by a specific subject or topic, obsessing over it for some time, before eventually getting bored of it.
Born as Arty Belladonna Thorn on 16.6.2013, they were loved by their parents and had a very quiet and calm upbringing that was filled with studies and trying different hobbies. Arty eventually showed interest most in embroidery, potions and history. Their family being lower upper class, meant that they had the resources to entertain Arty's interest and hobbies a lot, on the condition they kept doing good in their studies. Eventually later, Artys parents had a divorce, leading to Arty switching between every month with which parent they lived with. Both of them still loved Arty dearly and stayed mostly civil with each other due to wanting Arty to have a happy stable childhood, despite the rift in the family.
Around the age of six, Arty was playing outside, running around in the large pristine garden. They noticed a shape in one of the bushes, curiously approaching it, Arty could see it was some kind of duck. Arty stretched out a hand to try and pet the animal, but the duck quickly turned around, letting out a loud honk and scaring Arty. Arty let out a scared yell, closing their eyes and curling up, before noticing that they were suddenly on the balcony. Arty could hear their father worriedly hurrying outside as he had heard Arty's scared yell. Arty looked down from the balcony and waved at their father, who after noticing Arty's location and a explanation of what had happened, explained to Arty what accidental magic was. Accidental magic only happened a few times to Arty after that, most memorable of which was when they accidentally used their magic to turn their own hair green and pink.
