Hi! I'm Anya! So a little bit about me. I'm about 138 cm tall, I have blue eyes and long wavy reddish-brown hair. My favourite colour is blue, and I love all shades. According to my parents, and maybe you can see that from my last name, our family used to live in Russia. We came to Britain due to the Russian Revolution and we've been here ever since. I'm pretty pale due to my Russian Ancestry.
My parents and my tutors say I'm very bubbly and bright, but they also say I'm inquisitive, to the extent that I'm just a little bit nosey. I think of myself to be a realist, as I don't exactly see the positive or negative side of things, they just exist to me.
I have a younger brother, Alexei and he's 9 years old. I play the flute and the piano and am currently practising Poulenc's Flute Sonata Allegro Malinconico. Perhaps due to my education in classical music, I enjoy listening to Classical Music in my spare time, my favourite pieces are from the Romantic period, such as pieces like "Aquarium" composed by Saint-Saëns and "Rêverie" composed by Debussy. My parents think it's of the utmost importance for me and my brother to be knowledgeable about the world we're living in, whether it be magical or muggle. This is why I've been taking lessons in politics, economics, history and geography since I was very young. My other lessons include music, art and French.
My first instance of wandless magic was at 5 years old, I don't actually remember the details, but I've heard this countless times from my parents. It was during a painting lesson where I was supposed to be painting a flower, that I got so frustrated by my painting not looking realistic, that I turned the canvas into a painting. My parents were, of course, overjoyed.
