I am an 11-year-old (soon to be 12) Asian (Vietnamese) girl. I live in London, England. My dad is a muggle-born and my mother is a half-blood. They both are Vietnamese as well. Before the Vietnamese war, both my parent's families had fled to France. My dad's job is at the Ministry as an unspeakable and my mom works at Diagon Alley at Madame Malkin's. I am the middle child. My older sister, Ashley, is in Hogwarts as a 2nd (going to 3rd) year. My younger sister, Alexis, (yes we all have names that start with A) is currently 8 and will be 10 soon. She has already shown magical signs at 6 years old. Sadly, I did not have any pets growing up. I normally don't fight with anyone in my household but sometimes Alexis will get on my nerves. I have dark brown or black hair. I have brown eyes and my skin is like a light caramel. I am currently 4ft 11 inches tall.
I went through elementary school fully knowing that I was a witch and knew a couple of friends who also had magical blood. My dad is a muggle-born and my mother is a half-blood. They both wanted me to understand the muggle world and the magical one. My best friend is Connie. Luckily, she was also a half-blood so we could see each other. I was the one who everybody thought was kinda scary. It's because I was fine with hot, spicy foods and could stomach biting into a lemon without making a face. Growing up, I would get high grades in reading and math. Writing stories proved to be more challenging. While brainstorming the plot and ideas wasn't hard the grammar and my confidence levels were all over the place. I wasn't bullied but I stood up for a couple of friends.
I enjoy reading Percy Jackson, (mostly Rick Riordan) and other myalogical stuff. I also like reading sci-fi. I play piano, (6 years of it!) crochet, and do ballet. I had the chance to dance in pointe shoes which was a huge step for me. I am currently learning guitar. I have 5 (including me) people in my house, two sisters and my parents.
My first instance of accidental underaged wandless magic was when I was seven. I was at a family reunion in the United Kingdom, Scotland. (All of my mom's family is magic related from being muggle-born to Pureblood) We had just gotten back from swimming at the Loch Ceo Glais. Me and my cousins were playing around when we had an idea to go to the roof. We ran out the window when I tripped over my sister's feet and fell. Instead of crashing into the ground, I floated! Luckily, since my accidental magic was in the backyard roof, no muggles saw.
