Physical Description: Jac stands at roughly four feet ten inches tall, a little taller than the average for their age. They have hazel eyes and brown hair, their frame small but surprisingly sturdy for how they look.

Mental Description: Almost always ready with a smile, Jac is nonetheless strangely somber for one of their age. They are sweet but not precisely polite, and have a rather obnoxious laugh that quite readily reminds people of why children are so often hated.

Biography: They took after their father in terms of magical ability and their mother in terms of appearance. Born to two half-blood parents, Jac was pretty much always expected to be able to make it to Hogwarts (though Jac wasn't precisely the name they were given at birth- it had taken years for that until they could properly formulate that they would prefer to be addressed as something else, actually). The child made friends semi-readily, going to Muggle school (some of their grandparents had been Muggles, and had impressed upon Jac's parents the importance of a well-rounded schooling experience- and, besides, the both of Jac's parents had gotten into the habit of doing things the Muggle way) and making a perhaps below average but still perfectly decent amount of friends. When their parents split from each other age eight, they had shared custody over Jac.

First Instance of Magic: Jac's first instance of underage magic was, as with many others, accidental. When they were around age six, for a period of several months they became taken with certain hairstyles. Though their parents quite explicitly forbade Jac from seeking a mullet, they nonetheless woke up one day with a mullet in a shade of neon orange that was frankly offending to the senses that refused to go away for quite a few days despite attempts at hair dye and a quite puzzled hairstylist.
