Physical Description: Chloe's features are a mix of caucasian, from her father's side, and east asian, from her mother's side. She has long blonde hair that reaches her waist, and amber-colored eyes. Chloe is also on the skinny side, weighing 77 pounds with a height of 140 centimeters. Her light figure makes it easier for her to move around quickly.
Mental Description: Chloe is an extrovert who gets along with everyone, even with people she doesn't like. She'd often invite her friends to hangout on weekends and holidays because she disliked spending too much time on her own. Some would try to turn her down but she'd make numerous attempts to convince them by paying for everything they need and want, which wasn't much of a problem considering her wealth. However, her reason for being friendly is mainly selfish because when she wants something, she has to get it. She's only genuine to a select few so when someone opens her heart, she's loyal to them forever.
Biography: When Charlie Rose playfully asked his friend, Erin Kim, to the Yule ball, neither of them expected that they'd eventually wed and bear a child years after. On the night of October 24th in the year 2011, Chloe Aera Rose was born. Her parents were career-oriented, so she remained an only child and was treated like a princess by both. This wasn't far from reality due to her family's wealth. Her father, Charlie, worked in the Ministry of Magic and her mother, Erin, was an actress of famous plays. Ever since she was young, her parents have been telling her how she was destined for great things, much like them. Because of this, she grew up with a lot of confidence in her abilities (and her looks, of course). Her confidence made her a quick learner; although, she typically only has passion for learning the things she's interested in.
First Instance of Magic: Chloe's first showing of magic was when she was around 5 years old. Screaming, crying, and nonphysically slamming the door on her mother in agitation when she could not get what she wanted—Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans.
