Physical Description: Squirrely and thin with long shabby brown hair. He is tall for his age, but lacks any real muscle definition and his eating habits have always been poor due to him busying himself so often. He stands with tall posture and favors cooler colors in clothes.

Mental Description: Inquisitive and loyal and always seeking knowledge and adventure. He will often be found reading until he falls asleep wherever he started to read and is determined to make top marks in his studies. He has always had a slight issue with being too trusting of others and has been guilty by association to his sister's shenanigans more than once.

Biography: He is seen as an over achiever due to the neglect he receives from his parents, who each work at the ministry one as a curse breaker, and the other an Auror. His parents share their love for their children through gifts sent to them via owl and the occasional letter but take a very "hands off" approach to their upbringing during school.

First Instance of Magic: His first-time using magic was during his Sister's birthday when he accidentally kept re-igniting the candles on her cake. Being only 7 at the time, Tom did not understand what was happening and their parents got into a huge row over whether the other one bought joke candles by mistake. No one realized it was Tom until the party had ended.
