Physical Description: Gabriel is a seemingly average guy, not too tall, not too short. Doesn't stand out much in any way physically. Eyes are dark and usually carries a hard-to-read expression. Gabriel likes to dress nicely and put in effort into his appearance.

Mental Description: Gabriel might seem aloof to many as he doesn't display too much emotion or get visibly budged easily by the outside world. He is very focused however and does his best to make sense of thing, although he often draws the wrong or negatively biased conclusions about what people around him are thinking and their motives. He is perfectly comfortable alone but will be a loyal and protective companion if one manages to break through his shell and make an attempt at understanding him.

Biography: Gabriel comes from a very orderly and well mannered family that put much emphasis on how one presents themselves, however personal integrity always came as a priority over manners and thus he is very thick skinned and doesn't bend to others easily. He had few friends growing up but is making progress in getting along with others.

First Instance of Magic: Gabriel at the age of 7 was taken to an arcade hall in Nottingham with his parents and his older sister as a belated birthday gift. Gabriel was thrilled and excited to finally get to experience the joy of being at an arcade hall full of games and machines. After a number of rounds at various stations he had suffered many defeats to his sister and highly competitive (otherwise orderly and collected) father Gabriel stumbled upon a claw-machine. This particularly caught his interest as he spotted a spider themed plush among the prizes inside the dome. Gabriel was thrilled and gathered the rest of his family to cheer him on as surely this would be his shot at redemption and to claim his glorious arachnid prize. Several attempts later of only as much as gracing the sought after plush Gabriel's mother told him he could have one more try as allowing him to waste all his remaining arcade tokens on an elusive claw machine would seem like a waste. After a few encouraging pats from his somewhat annoying sister Gabriel braced himself for this do-or-die moment and to everyone's surprise he managed to carry the plush out from the sea of multicolored fabric. But then, when the claw was about to do the impossible the spider, to everyone's shock nudged a nearby toy right before the finish line and was knocked out of the grip and landed back in the pit. Gabriel for a second couldn't believe what had just transpired, but as reality sank in and he realized he was not going to walk home from this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as a winner he began to feel despair like never before and let out a scream in defeat as if to curse the claw for having just failed him. In that moment the glass surrounding the dome of the machine suddenly cracked and disintegrated into a thousand pieces and sent shards of glass sliding across the arcade floor, whereupon Gabriels mom quickly grabbed Gabriel's arm to escort him away. In panic and fear of being confronted she told the rest of the family they had to immediately ditch the venue before someone came and pushed them for an explanation to how the machine could have broken in such a manner. Gabriel was confused and emotional over what an ill fate of his birthday gift had met. Shortly after the incident, Gabriels parents sat him down to explain their reasoning for prematurely leaving the arcade. and how magic practice outside the wizarding world can cause serious problems, but stressed how he was not to blame as this was caused by an involuntary response.
