Physical Description: Ember is a wizard born half-blood. Her father was a half blood, and her mother was a pureblood. 4' 11" with light skin. Ember's mom has been dying her hair since she was 8 because she wanted to look like her favorite painting. She has medium brown eyes that make her look very sweet and loveable. She has a slight gap in between her front two teeth, which she was slightly teased for by her cousins. Her natural hair color is dark brown.
Mental Description: Ember is very silly and enjoys playing small pranks on her cousins and older brother, Rowan. Ember loves reading, and especially loves her monthly trips with her mother to a muggle library where she picks out several fictional books to devour. Ember's favorite color is red, which is partially why she begged her mom to dye her hair red. After a few months of begging, her parents agreed, but told her that if hogwarts asked her to change it back they would.

Michael and Alice Hawthorne (Ember's parents) both attended Hogwarts, but graduated in 2002 in a quiet era in Wizard history. Her brother Rowan is two years older than her, but was born a Squib so he was unable to attend hogwarts. Due to this, her family lives in a muggle community, allowing Ember access to muggle items. Rowan attends a small private school in Ireland. Ember was raised among muggles, and is well versed in muggle mannerisms and traditions. She was born in San Jose, California, so she doesn't have a British accent. When she was 5, her family moved back to London so Rowan could attend school. For the past year, Ember has been raising a kitten with the hopes to bring it to Hogwarts some day. Her cat is a tuxedo cat named Karma. Ember is a fan of Taylor Swift, and has a comfort blanket with the eras tour logo on it. Ember has multiple nicknames, for example her parents call her Em or Berry, her brother calls her Emby, and her neighborhood friends call her Em or MB.
