Physical Description: Ben has shoulder long, dark brown, wavy hair and he is tall. His eyes are Blue-ish green and he is thin.
Mental Description: Ben is smart and intelligent and very charismatic. He is good in Flying
Biography: Ben Buttercup was born on March 5th. His mother was a wizard and his father a muggle. Since Lillian Fennon, Ben’s mother, was a famous quidditch player and Rain Fennon, his father, was a muggle, no one could know of their relationship. Lillian was a Slytherin and her parents were very strict on bloodlines. They didn’t know Lillian was married and definitely didn’t know she had a kid. So they gave him, and two years later his younger sister as well, to the muggle brother of Rain. Jonathan, Rain’s brother, didn’t know about the magical world. Jonathan and his wife Evelyn Buttercup weren’t mean, they were nice, but boring. Which is exactly what was necessary for Lillian to hide the kids from her family. They couldn’t have kids themselves so Jonathan and Evelyn were really happy with the two. They raised them as their own. Even though Ruby, Ben’s sister, got in a lot of trouble, resulting in multiple jail visits, The Buttercup’s were nice and patient with Ben and Ruby.
When Ben turned 11, he received a letter from a school named Hogwarts. When he opened it he thought it was a prank, but the wife of Jonathan's best friend, her name was Sarah, revealed she was a witch herself, but took distance from the wizarding world and settled down as a muggle. After having some conversations and Sarah showing magic Ben was thrilled to become a wizard himself. But Sarah did warn him not to tell any of his family members. Ben agreed and went to Diagon Alley with Sarah, where he started his shopping. He bought Hades, a black horned owl, along with his wand. Ben told his parents he was leaving for a boarding school in Scotland and that he would come home for the summer.
First Instance of Magic:The only thing that was an instance of magic in Ben’s life was when he was 10 and he accidentally and unknowingly opened the lock to the jail cel his sister was in. When this happens and the door flew open even though Ben’s sister wasn’t excused to go the guards partially kept Ben there to question him and eventually blamed some sort of malfunction. This accidental magic did make Ben scared, he knew it couldn’t be a malfunction exactly on his sisters cel and only that one in particular, while it never happened elsewhere. He thought about it a lot but eventually accepted the malfunction story until he knew the truth.
