With her yellow-blonde hair, Summer suits her name. Her eyes are dark brown, like the richest chocolate, and she has a smattering of freckles across her nose. At 147 cm tall, she is almost exactly the average height of an 11 year old.

Summer is a very studious student who hates getting in trouble, unless she has a very good reason. She likes having fun, but sometimes likes to sit on the sidelines in case there is a risk of trouble. Summer is very honest, and would rather admit to her mistakes than lie to avoid trouble.

Summer was born into a pure-blood family- but both of her parents (who were Aurors), believed that being a pure-blood didn't mean you were any more of a wizard than a muggle-born. She has a family barn owl, except her parents had not allowed her to bring him to Hogwarts, saying she had to purchase a pet herself.

Summer was in her room, reading School for Good and Evil. She looked up at the massive bookcase that took up one wall of her room, noting how they were all out of order and all over the place. She sighed and thought, I really should do something about that... but maybe later? She continued reading her book, until she came to the end of a chapter and looked up again. To her great surprise, the books were suddenly all in order and neat. She stood up and went to have a look. They were all in alphabetical order, not one was out of place. Huh. I must have imagined it, she thought.
