Origin: Ranulf's mother is a witch, while his dad is a muggle. He grew up knowing about magic due to his mother, but he also got to spend his childhood around muggles as well. He always knew that he was a wizard, or potentially one, but he also knew not to tell anyone else about it. He had many muggle friends at school, all of whom he adored. He lived his life like a muggle, though his parents and himself knew otherwise. It was a tearful day when his letter came in, and Ranulf had to make up an excuse to tell his friends, who were all sad to see him leave.
