Regina SpindleWheel is a girl with blue eyes and blonde, wavy hair. She has piercings on both ear, but only wears earrings on special occasions. Regina is a little bit shorter than an average 12 year old. Physically, she is described as one with an "unreadable, pondering" expression. Many admit that they felt frightened by her lack of facial response.
Regina inherited her mother’s gray-blue eyes and her father’s blond hair.

Despite being cold and expressionless, Regina is a highly sensitive child who pays close attention to her environment. It's hard to catch her off guard, even if she appears to be relaxed.
Regina doesn’t trust people easily; she finds it hard to do so. She hates being surprised, as she hates its sense of unexpectancy.

Before Regina attended Hogwarts, she lives in a mansion located near Hogsmead with her mother, father, and two sisters. Her family are strongly against the idea of pets in household, as those creatures usually mess around and make the rooms "unclean". Regina's family are very organized, as you can tell from that.
Regina's mother is a half-blood; her father a muggleborn. Hence she's very familiar with both the wizarding world and the muggle world. She was even sent to a muggle elementary school before Hogwarts.
Bellus, her sister, are one of Regina's favorite people (she only has 2 favorites anyways). Despite being the opposite of Regina, the two get along really well. That is, if you don't count the fights that happen every two days.
First Instance of Magic:
Regina SpindleWheel’s first instance of magic was on her 7th birthday. She was doodling in her room by herself as usual, then she made a mistake on her drawing so she reached for an eraser. When Regina returned to her paper with the eraser in her palm, she realized her pen began doodling by itself. She was of course, both surprised and in awe.
