Rufus has platinum blonde what goes down to his chin on the left side of his face and on the right side is shorter and with one strand of hair framing his face. His skin is rather fair, and his eyes were light blue. He has a rather feminine look to him.
He is a son of Lucretius Kitano, and he has an older brother called James Kitano, who he has many disagreements with and Rufus’s biological father and his mother were killed by his grandfather Lucretius. Rufus did the main care to his brother James, as Lucretius was involved with Voldemort.
Rufus is kind and rather charismatic and is approachable, but his is strategic and calculating. He keeps his past hidden and never wished to speak of what his dad did to him. He is easy to get along with, but he can be a nasty bit of work, if you get the wrong side of him. Furthermore, he is rather charming and can be rather secretive.
The first time it powers showed himself was when he got in an argument with his father over how he was pushing him away. But tempers flared and Rufus started to magic the room to tremble, and then he accidentally threw a bunch of tomato at him. His grandfather was mad as the tomatoes would hit him, and he blasted him across the room with his magic. When this happened, the relationship started to deteriorate between them.
