She lived there with her mother Mauve, her father Edward, her sister Vanessa, and her younger sister Emily, who's eight years old. When Heather was seven her parents moved to he United States but then moved back after nine months because of how uncomfortable the Heather and her siblings felt, and it was also a difficult transition for them.
When Heather was nine she tried to go to a muggle school for ballet but she accidentally used her magic, which was strictly forbidden by her parents. She turned a bully into a statue in the middle of class and everyone was terrified of her. While the teacher was talking to her parents, she drew a funny face on the statue. Afterwards the wizards who made people forget about things turned the statue back into a girl but she had the drawing on her face still.
Heather secretly wanted to go to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic but her parents said that she either go to Hogwarts or they'd assign her to an internship in the Ministry, which she definitely did not want to be a part of. She doesn't entirely mind going to school here but she'd rather be with the "prettier" girls.
Ever since she was bullied when she moved to America and also when she was severely punished for being reported by the Ministry, Heather has turn to her darker side. She use to be very sweet and kind but now she strives to best her peers and really anybody else who's weak and cowardly. Her biggest fear is that she'll be thought of as weak and useless, which deep down she feels like she is but on the outside she's pretends she's not.
