Physical Description: Fair complexion w/ cool undertones, ash-brown hair, blue-gray eyes, heart-shaped face, dimples, mole on left side of nose bridge. 4'11'" and lanky. Very flexible joints due to hypermobility syndrome.
Mental Description: Inquisitive and curious child, prone to scrambling on rocks and trees of all sorts. Avid reader, especially loves books about animals and nature. Major animal lover, previously wanted to be a veterinarian or paleontologist before getting Hogwarts letter. Grew up frequently camping in the Scottish Highlands with family. Likes writing poetry (especially haikus) and sketching in nature. Very friendly, but tends to be sarcastic and a bit literal. Excellent grades in school, particularly in sciences (her favorite subject) and physical education, but occasionally gets in trouble with authority figures for “peanut-gallery” commentary. Diagnosed with HSD and ADHD at age ten, prone to hyperfocusing, restlessness, and verbal outbursts (“lack of a filter.”) Sassy, tomboyish, and a bit of a show-off. Lives in an old brick duplex, with a small garden in the backyard. Father is from mother's second marriage; he lives in Boston and has no contact with Corinthia. Has a married adult half-brother, Callum, from mother’s first marriage; Callum's parents divorced after his birth, and his father passed away from cancer when Callum was five. Has twin niece and nephew, Gillian and William, both five years old. Has two cats at home, Ranger and Nibbles, who were street rescues. Close to older brother and often babysits his children--her niece and nephew. Tends to clash with mother frequently due to personality differences, but otherwise enjoys spending time with her. Does not get along with Janine, her sister-in-law. Bulk of friends at home are older boys who explore the neighborhood with her.
First Instance of Magic: Discovered magical abilities at age nine when camping in Gleann na Muice; after breaking her ankle and crying from the pain, she accidentally made a sapling grow several inches taller (impressing her niece and nephew).
