Physical Description: Harley can easily be described as an average eleven-year-old boy. He stands at a respectable 4'11" (150cm) and sports a pair of beautiful blue eyes. His hair is mid-length and dark blonde.
Mental Description: Harley is best known as a kind, warm-hearted and often reserved lad. While he's by no means an introvert, he often prefers to keep more personal matters to himself, however, he has no trouble striking up a conversation so long as it doesn't lead to an interrogation about his life.
As far as hobbies go, Harley enjoys all sorts of muggle sports, specifically football. A game he often used to play with his friends during lunch and break times at school. Besides that, he enjoys drawing and painting, an interest he picked up from his dad and it is not uncommon to catch him doodling when he feels down.
Biography: Childhood has overall treated Harley rather well. Growing up he had many friends, most of whom were and are actually muggles. For the most part, Harley had been attending muggle schools up until his graduation from primary school thanks to his muggle father. He had always insisted that Harley have a "normal" childhood at the very least until he inevitably received his Hogwarts acceptance letter. Not least because he's been a single parent since Harley's pureblood mother left when he was only two years old.
To her, the difficulties of adjusting to the muggle way of life were far too strenuous, notwithstanding the backlash she received from her parents and siblings, insisting that a muggle and their half-blood child had no place in the family.
Of course, Harley has no knowledge of the situation's full extent, thanks to his father doing the best he could to shelter him from such viewpoints. He always ensured that Harley had the best upbringing possible, even if that meant raising the boy on his own. It doesn't come as a surprise that Harley had little exposure to magic growing up. Though, he has always been aware that he's "different" from the other kids at his school.
First Instance of Magic: Harley's first instance of magic can be summed up as both amusing and unfortunate. It was another average school day not long after his seventh birthday. He insisted on taking one of his new toy cars to school to show his friends. All was well until one of his teachers approached him and insisted on confiscating the toy, citing that "toys were not allowed on the premises". Unfortunately for Harley, she ultimately managed to do so.
In an effort to cheer him up, his friends couldn't help but poke fun at the teacher. In Harley's ensuing fit of laughter, the teacher's shoes inflated like a balloon, causing her to stumble and fall, dropping the toy car in the process and giving Harley the opportunity to quickly retrieve it and make a dash for it.
