Physical Description: Elouise is a mousy young girl with brunette hair. During the summers, her pale skin darkens to a rich tan and the red undertones in her hair become more apparent. Dark brown eyes peer out from bushy brows. She stands at 4'3" and is 65 pounds. Her parents worry about her small stature but have been assured that Elouise is healthy for her age.

Mental Description: 'Trouble' would be the first word to come to her mother's mind if asked to describe Elouise. She would mean this half-heartedly for her daughter isn't a bad kid - simply an independent one. Elouise is known in her family for asking for forgiveness instead of permission. She does not like to ask for help and will often attempt to solve her own problems (which can sometimes lead to larger issues.) She can be stubborn and headstrong but honest and unafraid. Eloiuse's empathy can either be a blessing or a curse for her peers - enabling her to comfort friends or dig into an enemy's insecurities.

Biography: Elouise was born to Thomas (53 - Gryffindor Alumni) and Evelyn (47 - Gryffindor Alumni) Williams. As their youngest child and only daughter, she has never had to want for anything. Her father serves as a member of the Wizenganot while her mother is a well-loved Healer at St. Mungo's, working primarily with Artefact Incidents. Eloiuse has four older brothers: Daniel (19 - Slytherin Alumni), Anthony (17 - Ravenclaw), Brendon (15 - Gryffindor), and Cliff (13 - Hufflepuff).

First Instance of Magic: Elouise was around the age of six when magic finally presented itself. Her brothers had all shown signs of magic since infancy and her parents were worried their daughter was born a squib. This led to many sleepless nights for the couple until an unexpected sneeze apparated Elouise to the other side of the house.
