Rose is 4'5 with dyed hair (half brown and blonde bangs), She is pale with dark brown eyes, and a skinny frame. She often redyes her hair every few months or so and has black thin glasses. She also has freckles that appear in the sunlight. There are numerous scrapes on her legs for trying to do unsupervised things at home and at Hogwarts.

Rose is a very spontaneous and chaotic girl when she isn't in class or studying, she'll often do her homework early then goof around with friends. Despite her loudness, she will crack down on her work and will distance herself from friends if needed. She likes to help people try and achieve new things.

Her life before Hogwarts was very calm and she always looked up to her parents, although was sometimes put aside for work. Her mother had taught her that no matter what you were supposed to treat people respectfully, even after her mother had passed though, she continued to take that saying to heart. Her parents did not really like talking about magic so even though she was pure blood she was unaware that it was even possible. It was because of all the destruction that had happened when they were at Hogwarts, they wanted to make sure that with her chaotic nature, that she would not harm herself or others. Although she knew there was magic, and possibly a school for it she did not think she would be selected on account of her chaotic nature.

Her first instance of magic was when she had been walking home from school, when two of her bullies tried to harm her. She was terrified but couldn't scream for help, then her backpack had caught on fire, scaring the bullies off. This was on the day of her 1oth birthday, her parents were disappointed in the fact that she could have injured other people as well as herself in Hogwarts but didn't stop her from going.
