Annalise (Anna) Marie Kingsworth was born in the town of Llanbrynmair to Percival and Antoinette Kingsworth. Her parents, both wizards, were killed in a fire when Anna turned two. They had fallen in love when they met helping other students with Transfiguration homework while at Hogwarts in their fifth year and were quickly married right after their seventh year. Not knowing her parents due to the fire, Anna was adopted by a muggle couple named Thomas and Eliza Smith. It just so happens that Eliza was a squib who knew Anna's mother growing up, and when she had heard about the fire she quickly contacted as many people as she could so she could adopt the girl. At a young age, Anna learned of her magical background and was slowly introduced to the workings of the wizarding world so she could be somewhat comfortable with everything when she arrived at Hogwarts for her first year. Her adopted mother knew that Anna's physical features, her dark brown ashy hair and her striking sky blue eyes, would make her a known Kingsworth when she arrived on campus due to her father's family having ties to Knockturn Alley, even if her father rejected the family business. Anna had a bright and bubbly personality from birth, being a very kind and active young lady with manners of professionalism even for people who may not deserve it.
