Physical Description: Jude is semi-tall for her age, being about 152 cm. She has mid-back length curly ginger hair, with a few stands of white hair on the right side of her head. She was born with poliosis, from her mother's side of the family, meaning she doesn't have melanin in her hair follicles. Some of her right eyebrows are also white. Judy has brown eyes, and freckles all over her body.

Mental Description: Judy loves to know the how's and whys of everything. She's very curious and wants to know about everything, it doesn't matter if it's muggle or magical. Her favorite pastime either includes flying in the fields behind her house or cooking with her dad. Judy's a little awkward when it comes to talking to people her age, but she desperately wants friends.

Biography: Judy grew up in a medium sized cottage just outside the small costal village of Carlingford. Her mam is Susan Whittle, an Irish witch who works in an apothecary, a village over from theirs, and her father is Thomas Whittle nee Burns, a Canadian primary school teacher who moved to Ireland after falling in love with her mam. Judy grew up alone with only her parents for company, she was homeschooled by her mam in the magical bits and her dad in the muggle education. The closest things to a friend she had were the animals that the farmer next door owned or the wild rabbits in the meadow near her home.

First Instance of Magic:
When Judy was about three or four years old, she was climbing one of the beech trees in her backyard, when she slipped and fell. In a burst of accidental magic, the tree's limbs wove into a hammock to catch the child, and gently lower her to the ground. It had terrified Judy, and made her scared of magic, until a year later when she first rode on a broom. From then on Judy had a love of flying.
