Physical Description: Elanore is small for her age, with blonde hair and blue-green eyes. She likes doing her hair, especially braiding and would love to wear makeup- if her mother had ever let her.

Mental Description: Elanore, or Nora as she sometimes goes by, is a fun-loving girl. She has a slight hatred for school, as she would much rather love to be outside playing with her friends. She loves sports, however, especially muggle ones. She tries her best to be kind, but there's no doubt that she can be a bit selfish at times. Being the younger child with an overly loving mother doesn't help either, some would definitely call Nora spoiled. She just thinks she's getting what she deserves... but then on the other hand, it's what she believes her friends deserve too. So there is definitely a weird balance between being selfish but also being extremely loving and caring.

Biography: They had only been graduated for two years when they married- high school (or rather, Hogwarts!) sweetheart graduates, Roger Sullivan and Therese Byrne. Everyone expected them to end up together, so no one was surprised when they married. Unfortunately, life wasn't always idyllic together. Sure, they were happy enough, and even welcomed a daughter, Katherine, after two years of marriage. A second daughter, Elanore, followed three years later.

But soon, the family discovered a horrific (or well, it really wasn't THAT bad) truth. By the time Katherine was seven, it was clear that she was a Squib. Roger could not believe it- truth be told he held certain pureblood superiority views, at least in private. He tried to convince Therese to send Katherine to a relative's home, but Therese refused. This immediately caused a rift in the family which ended with Therese taking the two girls and leaving. Determined not to have them grow up with the same magical-superiority view, by the time Katherine was eight and Elanore was five, they had moved to a city in Ireland called Clonmel. It was here that Elanore spent the rest of her years up to Hogwarts, living among Muggle, although Therese homeschooled her to try to limit the possibility of accidental magic happening around Muggles. Katherine, on the other hand, went to Muggle school, (and it was perhaps mostly for this reason that Therese wanted to live in the Muggle world, so that Katherine would have a place she felt she fit in). The experience taught Elanore a lot. Perhaps this led to the openmindedness she would display later in life.

First Instance of Magic: Her first instance of magic was not until she was six years old- late enough that most people would have started to worry she was a Squib too. It happened, as perhaps it happened in many families, with a cookie. Elanore wanted a cookie, but her mother had put them in a jar on the top shelf. The cookies were for after dinner to share with the family that was coming over. But Elanore wanted one NOW- they had just been baked and were oh so tantalizingly delicious smelling. She stomped her foot and told her mother everything she'd do if she didn't get a cookie, but her mother was resolute. Elanore even grabbed a stool and tried to climb up on it, but was still unable to reach the cookie jar. A tiny tear made its way down her slightly pudgy cheek and then, suddenly, the cookie was in her hand. She could only stare at it baffled, but her mother knew. Her mother knew what had just happened, and Nora was surprised to see joy on her mother's face, rather than the stern reproof she had initially expected.
