PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES: Kim stands at an impressive 150 centimeters, or almost 5 feet. He feels quite awkward about his height since he tends to tower over other children his age, thus leading to him developing a nasty habit of slouching. The boy has bouncy, umber curls that tend to get in his face and stretches a bit beyond the nape of his neck, and he refuses quite stubbornly to trim it to "an appropriate length for a boy." His eyes, according to him, are "a boring basic brown", dark enough for someone to believe they were black. Although Kim has no visible freckles on his face, he has quite a few along his collarbone and some on his arms. He has heavy lower lips that are naturally pinkish in hue, which he strangely likes even if it gives the appearance of him wearing lipgloss.

PERSONALITY: Being a Scorpio, he tends to be very quiet and secretive, although he doesn't have much to hide. He might not show it, but he is deeply emotional and is unable to forgive. The tight circle of friends he has know him as one of the most loyal people they've ever met, but overly cautious about new people. Even after he warms up to someone, you won't find Kim letting his guard down completely. To win over his trust entirely is something very few people have been able to do. Nonetheless, he tries his best to be friendly, although sometimes he comes off as highly suspicious.

BIOGRAPHY: Before he was born, Kim's father, Ju Min-Ho, lived in Korea before immigrating to England for his studies and in hopes to open his own bookstore. There he met Evelyn, Kim's mother, and the two were married and bought a shophouse in Nottingham, where Ju's Bookstore is still open to this day. Kim was born shortly after the store started gaining attention from intrigued shoppers, and his younger sister was born two years after his arrival. Although his home might have been quite cramped growing up, the young boy loved his home dearly.

Up until Kim's first instance of magic, Evelyn and Ju decided against telling Kim about his abilities and how his own mother was a witch. After his very shocking (and painful) FIoAM, his parents apologized profusely while they tended to his wounds, and it took him nearly a month to be back on speaking terms with his mother. Ever since then, Kim's bond with his family has been strong, aside from some missing affection from Evelyn.

Kim had been quite doubtful of the fact he was truly a wizard as he is with most things, and had become even more upset when he realized his muggle friends would not attend the same school as himself. Growing up, Kim had two close friends that lived on his street, who went by the names Beatrice and Connor. The three were inseparable, and before Kim left for his 'fancy new boarding school he couldn't tell anyone the name of', he gave each of them a silver ring engraved with their initials before he left for Hogwarts.

FIRST INSTANCE OF MAGIC: Unlike most wizards and witches, Kim's FIoAM was quite painful, although the pain didn't last long as magical medicine was quickly applied to his burn marks. It was just a few days before his tenth birthday, sometime around late October. He had been in the kitchen, preparing some tea for his father, who was downstairs in the bookstore. He had been quietly pouring the tea into an old china cup when his little sister came running into the kitchen, jumping up and down and ran straight into her brother. Kim shouted and the kettle was knocked out of his hand, the liquid about to spill onto his sister's small head. Before the hot liquid splashed onto her skin however, he flung his hand out and the tea avoided her completely and burned him instead. He refused to cry about it, not out of embarrassment but because he was too busy lecturing his sister about being near the stove while his mother and father healed his burns.
