Physical Description: Lucy is average height for a girl her age, standing at four foot, seven inches. There is nothing outwardly remarkable about her appearance, as she sports long, straight blonde hair, and blue eyes. She has keen enough eye sight to not need glasses, and has a mischievous, if somewhat earnest smile.

Mental Description: Lucy has a lively and humorous personality. She is always up for an adventure and loves to make others laugh, possessing a contagious energy. She's got a quick wit and are very playful, using her humor to diffuse any awkward or uncomfortable situations, though sometimes speaking up when she shouldn't. Lucy has a can-do attitude and isn't afraid to take on challenges, even if they seem daunting at first. Though she may have her moments of stubbornness, her exuberance and good-natured personality typically make her a joy to be around.

Biography: Lucy grew up in a small cottage on the outskirts of her somewhat provincial English town, Gerrard's Cross. Being far enough outside of London gave Lucy a proper combination of rural upbringing in fields and nature, and trips into the big city. Her family history is from a pure blooded wizard line, with both her parents working in the Ministry of Magic.

As a young girl, Lucy loved playing in the fields, reading books, and travelling with her family. She would spend hours reading books and daydreaming about far-off places, imaging going there one day, or using magic to find new ways to see the world. Growing up with wizard parents (and an older brother, Henry), magic was always part of her life. Her family had a few other magical friends from their work at the Ministry, but they wouldn't let her engage much socially with the muggle children in the town, having sent her to be tutored by a member of the magical community (with other magical children) for her primary schooling.

First Instance of Magic: What a memorable occasion. Lucy's first instance of magic materialized on her ninth birthday. She was surrounded by her family, getting ready to open presents that packed almost as tall as she was. Her over excitement and clapping hands caused small fireworks to launch, surprising her parents and brother, but signaling her as witch nonetheless.
