Physical Description: Deanna usually keeps her hair braided on the sides. Sometimes she has her braids tied to the back. Her hair is dark brown and long. Her eyes are green. She has some freckles and her skin is pale. She is of average weight and height. She enjoys wearing baggy, long sleeved shirts and blue jeans. Trying to get used to the robe she is now wearing.

Mental Description: She is a very friendly and quiet person. Enjoys observing instead of chatting someone's ears off. She is trying to talk more to people, especially at this new school. She is really excited about learning everything about magic and loves plant life. She loves her family and will do anything for them. In saying this, if any of her family was to become bad she would not help them. She is a very loyal friend and will help anyone who needs it. Deanna also enjoys helping anyone but is not a naive person. She knows how people can be tricky.

Biography: Her family and her have always been close. No matter what they stick together. Always having gatherings and even taking in people who needed help. Giving to charities. Her parents both work. Her father is a lawyer and her mother owns an antique shop.

School life was mostly good. Deanna tried to stay out of people's way when it came to drama and bullies. Luckily, nobody ever really bothered her. Some joked on her clothes being baggy but it was no problem. Some people didn't like baggy clothes. She enjoyed helping fellow students with their work but needed help with some math. She has made a few close friends who she has grown up with.

Her family have always believed in the supernatural. Of course, Deanna didn't know that there were wizards and witches. She did believe in magic as in psychics, mermaids and even ghosts. Her family always talking about how her family would see their great aunt. Her Mama even said that she saw her Grandmother after she died but some reason nobody believed her. Maybe they didn't want to believe it? Still though, Deanna would have never imagined her letter would come in. What? This had to be fake! Sure, ghosts can be real. A school to teach magic? Wands? Pointy hats? If it wasn't for someone coming in to recruit the girl, she would probably gone anyway. An adventure! She would have thought it was a game or something. Like D&D.

If it wasn't for someone helping her in Diagon Alley and showing her the 'ropes' she would be lost. Flying brooms? Spells? Was she dreaming? This couldn't be a dream. This is the most exciting time of her life and she can't wait to make friends and learn EVERYTHING there is to learn.

First Instance of Magic: This is pretty funny to her family now. Although Deanna doesn't see it as funny. So, someone in her family freaked Deanna out by accident. Just saying her name. Deanna freaked out and her hand went up. There was a crashing noise and she saw as her glass tank exploded on a table. Luckily nothing was in it. The thought though upset Deanna too much because she was going to use the tank for something...she wasn't sure what yet. Instead of being scared of what she did, she kept apologizing about it and crying. Whereas everyone else was laughing. Deanna wasn't sure how this happened but she left it in the back of her mind. Unless one of her family members talk about it in front of her. "Hey, remember when Deanna broke that tank?" Leh sigh....Everyone thought she just somehow did it physically with her hand.
