Physical Description: Cherry is of average height - about 4'7". She has quite long, wavy hair that is vibrant ginger color and is rather unruly (though this is likely because she simply hasn't figured out how exactly to take care of it quite yet), which is a trait that runs in her family on her mother's side. She has green eyes, though she is convinced they're more hazel due to the brown flecks in them. Cherry has fair skin with a light smattering of freckles, most of which are on her arms and a few across her nose and cheeks. They aren't horribly noticeable, but they do appear more prominent in the nicer months due to the amount of time she spends outside.

Mental Description: Cherry is an optimistic girl. She enjoys laughing and telling stories, especially about whatever creature she has fixated on at the time. Cherry is also incredibly curious - to the point of being a nuisance when her parents are trying to work. She enjoys adventure, though she always tries to be careful and stay relatively close to where her parents are. Cherry loves to be outside and has loved every creature she has ever learned about with her entire heart. She doesn't like to admit it, but she is still a little weary of the dark.

Biography: Cherry has had a rather nondescript life. Her parents love each other and get along well, and they love her dearly. Her mother, Rosalie, owns a small apothecary shop and lets Cherry help occasionally. Her father, Alexander, does research regarding ancient magical history - though Cherry doesn't really understand what he does with his research, since he's so incredibly vague with the details. Cherry grew up in Galway, Ireland in a cozy house with her parents, with her grandparents on her mother's side living just down the street. Cherry was homeschooled by her grandmother Ruby, a retired Muggle teacher. Cherry has had trouble making friends because of this, but she is very close with two other girls her age that live on her street, Beth and Annabelle. The three of them love to explore, come up with stories, and eat the sweet treats that Beth's mother makes for them.

First Instance of Magic: Cherry's first instance of accidental magic was a few months after her seventh birthday. She was helping her mother tend to her garden, as she loved to do. Cherry was asking questions about the particular plant - her mother's namesake and favorite flower, roses - that they were tending to. Cherry, however, became overjoyed when a butterfly landed on her hand as she was reaching for some fertilizer to put around a few of the plants. With one hand mid-air and the other already sunk into the bucket of extra dirt, Cherry tried her absolute best to keep her giddiness inside. Instead, the bucket of dirt flew up into the air before just as quickly falling back to the ground, spreading dirt all over Cherry, her mother, and everything else in the vicinity. The butterfly flew away immediately and Cherry didn't understand at all what had happened, but apologized to her mother for creating such a mess. Her mother insisted it wasn't her fault and explained that Cherry was coming into her magic.
