Sato Valerius was born in Belfast, Ireland on the 23rd of April. Sato also had a sister who was 3 years younger than him , her name was Valeria , nickname Val.

His Mother was born in a wizarding family and had attended Mahoutokoro since her parents had temporarly moved to Japan to be with their family. It was there under very abnormal but ultimatly lucky circumstances that she had met Valerius father in her final year before she had to go back to Ireland.

Valerius had these rare Hazel colored eyes which he got from the rich heritage from his parents. His hair however was an autumn red color , he had to thank his mother for that because of her Irish descent.

When Valerius was born it was decided they would follow the traditions of his mothers heritage and name the first son after the father's father. Now Valerius was not a typical Japanese name one could say , this was because Valerius'es father was himself only half Japanese half Italian.

From the way Maeve and Hiroyuki met , they had talked and accepted each others backgrounds and beliefs. It was relatively easy for hiroyuki to comprehend that there was magic in this world because in his Japanese upbringing he had learned alot of the mystical and spiritual things in the world. The fact that they had talked about and accepted this made the moment more understanding when Valerius had his first magical outburst when he was eight years old , He became so angry when his parents talked about the incident earlier that day when a bully had shoved his little sister to the ground and they brushed it of as an accident that the kitchen table split in half.

His parents stayed silent at first , after they had a moment to recollect themselves they sat down and explained to Valerius what had just happened and that this was very normal for a young boy his age , after a long talk everybody was calmed down and Valerius was very excited when he received a letter from Hogwarts, that he as well was able to attempt the Wizarding School
