Adrianna is kind, caring, loyal, smart, short-tempered, sensitive, distant, lazy, stubborn, ambiverted and impulsive.

Adrianna has long, light blonde hair, turquoise eyes, pale skin and freckles across her cheeks. She is average height. She looks like a mini-version of her mother but she has freckles like her father.

Adrianna is half-blood: her mother, Eve Lightwood, is pure-blood and her father, Ryan Lightwood, is a Muggle. Eve is from Cork, Ireland and Ryan is from Devon, England (where the family lives now). Adrianna was born on 22nd November 2010. Her father is a Muggle businessman and her mother is a Healer. They are wealthy with Muggle money but are average with Wizarding money. Adrianna has undiagnosed ADHD. She struggles to focus and sleep, gets angry easily and is energetic late at night and early in the morning. She is also impulsive but that is not because of her condition. Her parents just believe that it is in her nature to act like that because it doesn’t affect her daily life much.

Adrianna grew up in the Muggle world but she knew that magic existed because of her mother. Eve (her mother) would use magic in daily life and Adrianna had visited her workplace, St. Mungo’s Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Ryan (her father) is a Muggle and he loved his wife and his daughter very much. He was very shocked to hear that his wife was a witch. She told him after their wedding. Ryan wasn’t as surprised when his daughter turned out to be magical. Adrianna was taught by a hired tutor, who taught her basic maths, reading and writing. She was very intelligent and she did well in her lessons.

Seven-year-old Adrianna was having a tantrum and she ran to her bedroom crying. Her father followed her and was trying to reason with her. She screamed go away at him and the door slammed in his face. At this point, Adrianna was sat on her bed so she couldn’t have pushed the door with her hands. Her father explained the situation to her mother. She gently told them both that Adrianna was magical and she had just tapped into her abilities with her emotions. Ryan was a little bit surprised but he already knew about the Wizarding World.
