Physical Description:
A slightly taller boy for his age with white-blond hair and dark, inviting brown eyes that stand out against his light hair and fair-gold skin. Odi’s hair is kept practically buzzcut to head in order to try make him slightly less recognisable as a half-veela, but it does nothing to reduce the enchantment that draws people to him like a magnet.

From the early stages of adolescence Odi’s sportiness is readily apparent from the beaters build he seems to be growing into. He has started to develop a musculature from the light frame he had during earlier childhood. With time and practice he could easily grow into a formidable powerhouse but whether or not he will follow this route remains to be seen.

Mental Description:
A lot of teenage boys go through arrogant and cocky phases during adolescence, but it’s clear that Odi has significant problems with authority as a general rule. Boundaries appear to be a light suggestion and he frequently crosses lines he would not be able to get away with if he were just slightly less charming.

Despite being somewhat of a difficult personality, it is rare that Odi is called out on his behaviour due to his flirtatious magnetism as well as his inherited charms. When met with an emotional response to his misbehaviour, Odi will match this heightened state and escalate the situation further. When a more calm and reasoned approach is taken, he shuts down. Often in the latter case he will disengage entirely.

Biography:
The Wilde family are a proud line of British purebloods with Italian origins that inform many of their traditional approaches to wizarding parenting. Odi was kept mostly sheltered from London muggle society. His father is a successful artist who works from home and looked after his son, while his mother is a Veela and a hard-headed fashion designer who has lately turned almost all of her attentions to business since she was listed as a witch to watch in the popular magazine “Witch Weekly”

His parents met when his mother was a dancer, and Odi’s father (Being the art enthusiast) Became instantly infatuated with her. The couple remained interested in the aesthetic arts in all forms until their first and only child was born. At this point, Odi’s mother gained an acumen for business that took over her previous interests. As for their son, Odilon Wilde has a similar level of talent to his parents, but less of an interest with their creative pursuits.

Given that the family lived in London, and given that Odi’s father had attended the school himself, Hogwarts was the obvious choice when the Wilde parents were planning for their sons education- despite pressure from his fathers side of the family to send their son to the Durmstrang Institute.

First Instance of Magic:
A pristine set of robes had been laid on the bed for Odi as his mother got herself ready for a showcase of her latest designs. Odi flat out refused to attend if he had to wear the clothes. His mother dug her heels in and insisted. In the resulting temper tantrum, Odi caused the outfit to burst into flames, much to the chagrin of his father and exasperation of his mother.

Odi’s parents had not been certain that their son would show wizarding potential before his eleventh birthday, but were nonetheless thrilled at the outcome.
