Dante was born in Edinburgh on the 13th of April. Spending only the first year of his infancy in the city, he considers his family's chateau in France his home. Due to intimate family issues, Dante journeyed back to Edinburgh to live with his aunt at the age of eight. He has lived there ever since, only moving to stay at the prestigious school of Hogwarts.

Dante Ainsley was always invested in magic, his pure-blood heritage betraying the supernatural quality to his lineage. Since he could read, tomes and spellbooks were his constant companions, their knowledge pouring into his mind where he could entertain thoughts of colour and light infinitely. Dante had a deep fascination with all kinds of magic, particularly the power of volatile strands of magic used to fight against the dark forces of the world around him. He greatly admires Aurors but thinks himself too weak to ever become one.

Success was something Dante breathed, his small body trying to swallow the concept whole. His parents urged him to succeed without failure, teaching him to forsake any and all distractions, even  if it was himself. He lived like fire, burning all in his path just to keep alight. But eventually, the flames will bite back. Just months after his eleventh birthday, Dante was diagnosed with Severe Hand Dystonia as a result of his overuse of his right hand.
