Mental Description: Winter is shy and withdrawn, especially with those she doesn't know well. She finds it difficult to make new friends and generally needs to be 'adopted' by someone more outgoing and extroverted than she is. However, once she gets to know someone, she is a loyal friend with a kind heart.

Biography: Winter is the oldest of three siblings. She was raised in a fairly boring household, as far as wizards go - theirs was a happy family with few disagreements. Winter never thought of this as particularly odd, but she did always feel bad for her friends who grew up in single parent or divorced households.

First Instance of Magic: When Winter was four, she loved to throw things. Normally, this wasn’t a big deal, as she would throw a ball or a toy, and no harm was done. However, one day, she was not supervised as closely as normal in the garden, and she threw a small pot across the yard. The pot shattered, and Winter began to laugh. As she giggled with glee, flowers began to sprout from the shattered remains of the pot, which only made her laughter all the more merry.
