Physical Description: Oliver looks just like any other normal child that was raised in the muggle world at the time of the modern day. He has white skin and brown hair that is a bit longer than he would have liked it to be but dealt with it. He is around 4’10” in height, a little taller than others around his age, but not by much. He weighs around 75lbs, a little lighter than others his age, but again, not by much. He has a pair of matching brown eyes that go along with his hair color. He has a skinny build for his body, then most kids his age.

Mental Description: Oliver is the type of person who is always looking for the bright side of things, no matter how hard it can be at times. He likes being in a good mood and making those around him happy as well. Oliver has been known to be stubborn or hot headed even, when it comes to things, especially when he knows or believes he is right about something. Oliver is also very smart and a quick learner, often trying to learn new things as often as he can, always looking for more he could learn. Oliver is also a very friendly person; he is always up for meeting new people and making friends to go on adventures with and to do things with.

Biography: Oliver was the first born child of Arthur & Melissa Kingsman and he had a younger set of twin Sisters, Maggie & Nancy. His father was a Wizard, and his mother was a muggle, but they had chosen to not inform any of the kids unless they showed some sort of sign of magic. So he lived a life like any other normal child did, going to elementary school and meeting friends and playing sports. He was an avid gamer, when he was around his house, often playing video games or even board games with his family members and friends whenever they came over. He also liked going out and making adventures with his friends and sometimes with his sisters if they tagged along. There was a three year difference between him and his sisters.

Oliver was a smart kid, often learning a little bit ahead of the class, in order to know what they were going to do next. He loved learning and this showed with his grades as well as he often got good grades and very rarely got a grade under a B. Oliver loved adventure as well, often going out with his friends to find things to do. He was up for anything, and wasn’t really scared of much, as he often did things other kids around his age couldn’t do or were scared to do. He was the only kid in his 4th grade class that stayed in the abandoned House at the end of the road overnight, in the neighborhood where one of his friends lived. He didn’t back down from the bullies, who tried to pick on them and provoke them, as Oliver often made fools out of the bullies, by outsmarting them, which wasn’t hard.

Oliver and a bunch of his schoolmates got together one day in the summer, before they were all to start middle school and decided to play a game of Manhunt together, and on that day his Accidental Magic Incident happened. After the incident he went home and was unsure of what to do, he had never heard or seen something of that nature before, and was unsure if he should tell his parents or not. He eventually decided to tell them about the incident and his Parents informed him of his father’s Magical powers and background. He found out his Father worked in the Wizarding World at the Ministry of MAgic while his mother was a muggle who worked in the muggle world at a Diner. They then also informed the twins about what happened and what was going to happen.

A couple weeks later Oliver turned 11 and he received a letter by an Owl, and his parents knew exactly what it meant and his father brought him and showed him Diagon Alley and together the two of them bought his School Supplies and as they did so, Arthur informed Oliver about Hogwarts and his time there, when he was a boy and how proud he was going o be of Oliver no matter the outcome. Olver was excited as he never thought something like this was going to happen to him, ever. Oliver and his father went to King’s Cross where Arthur brought him to Platform 9 ¾ and wished him luck on his adventures and time at Hogwarts.

First Instance of Magic: When Oliver was 10, just a few weeks before his 11th Birthday, he was out in the woods with some of his friends. They were climbing trees, and playing a game of Manhunt, which was basically Tag & Hide n Seek put together. Oliver was in the process of trying to find a good place to hide, so he started looking as he ran from the tagger as he counted. He sood found his way to a bunch of tall, thick and old looking trees, and Oliver thought this would have been a great place to hide, as no one would think he would have tried to hide in such a place, as it seemed too dangerous to do so. He slowly and gently started to make his ascent up the side of the tree, making sure it was able to hold his weight, and as it seemed to be doing just fine. He continued to climb, until he reached a good height, and was able to hide within the branches to help hide his position. He could hear some of the other kids down below trying to find their own spots to hide, while others just ran as the tagger was on his way.

Oliver clutched the tree tightly as he made sure he couldn't fall, or be seen. He looked down and could see the tagger looking up in the trees around him, he then saw the tagger get some kids hiding in the nearby area. Oliver gulped when he saw the tagger look up into the tree he was in, and look around the base a bit, but luckily, Oliver wasn’t seen and the Tagger moved on to look for more kids. Oliver let out a big sigh of relief as he watched the Tagger leave and then proceeded to reposition his feet. As he did so, the branch he was standing on snapped, with a loud crack and Oliver started to dangle from where he was hiding , and started to scream. Oliver reached up to try and climb up but the branch he grabbed snapped as well and he tried his best to get back up from his dangling position, as he screamed for help.

Oliver held on for as long as he could, as he kept trying to grasp for something to pull himself up, but to no luck as he could feel the branch he was dangling on, start to slowly bend, which wasn’t good. Soon some kids heard his yells and came running to try and help, but unsure what to do. Oliver told them to get help, as they nodded and ran to get help from someone and alert the other kids of what was happening. Other kids stayed nearby to watch on, unsure of what to do. Before Oliver knew it, his branch snapped and he proceeded to fall from a great height towards the ground, his body turned sideways in the air as he got closer to the ground, he closed his eyes and put his hands across his face, as if it was going to brace him from impact. He waited to meet the ground, but it never came, when he opened his eyes and looked and he was hovering a little bit above the ground, and he had no idea how, but soon, whatever was holding him above the ground stopped and he hit the ground, but not nearly as hard as it would've been if whatever force didn't stop him from plummeting to the ground from above the trees.
