Born to Alexander Klein a first generation Welsh magical father who's a well known doctor and healer & Levana Klein a non magical natural Jewish Israelite mother with a mundane tea shop business. She has 3 male and 1 female childhood friends with the same age as her from the nursery and formed a friendship bond with each other in the primary school they attend together (adoptive sibling in Dave's case):
Dave Yehuda-Klein, 10 years old, an orphan adopted by her parents due to his parents being declared missing in action from military deployment and his biological relatives passing away due to an extremist attack leaving him the sole survivor of the Israeli Yehuda family tree and because he also has Israeli blood Meira's parents adopted him, he is a very strong willed biologically muggle-born (half-blood via adoption) though despite his fears of losing all he holds dear again, has dark skinned male with a shrewd cunning intelligence used for solving mysteries,

This leaves Dave and her to attend Hogwarts together (once he also turns 11).
It was on a cold Autumn night, Alexander Klein was out dealing with a patient of his, when her mother was injured on her right elbow and neck from a desperate robbery attempt by a mundane stranger, She and her group of friends found her mother unconscious and losing blood in front of her house's kitchen, at 7 years of age, Meira was scared for her mother's life, she even tried to call emergency hotline but her phone short circuited and her hands which were on top of her mother's injuries were glowing at radiant light at that time,
Hannah would later on in the following 2 years explained to her that Meira ended up doing her very first accidental healing magic due to her extreme emotions & that as far as she's aware of electricity doesn't exactly work well with Western magic whenever there's magic involved.
Asahi, Dave and Jimmy despite being worried about Meira's mother set out to locate & apprehend the culprit via a CCTV camera that Meira's home has for security reasons and turned in the culprit to the proper authorities while Hannah and her used first aid on her mother, who was losing a lot of blood and was close to passing away.
