Physical Description: A girl of approximately average height, perhaps an inch or two shorter than the average. She has brown eyes a few shades darker than herself and blue hair, which took four months of her begging her parents to let her get it dyed. Naturally, it's brown, but no one else needs to know that.

Mental Description: Sylvia is a generally cheerful but quiet individual. She's rather smart, and reads a lot in her spare time. One could make the mistake of believing she does everything strictly by-the-book, but she has a chaotic streak. She tilts her head often when confused.

Biography: Sylvia has lived with her parents her entire life. Both are wizards, and rather eccentric individuals. Her mother, Laura Moore, works with the Department of Magical Transportation. Her father, Martin Moore, works as a healer. She went to a pretty average school and was relatively free of bullies, but didn't make many good friends, either. When she was younger, she had a pet lizard named Bear, which died when she was eight.

First Instance of Magic: Sylvia's first case of magic use occurred when she was three years old. She woke up in the middle of the night in the middle of winter, being extremely cold due to having thrown her blanket off the bed in her sleep. Her bedroom door slammed open, alerting her parents and leading her mother to give the blanket back. When she left the room, the door closed again on its own and she put two and two together.
