PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Theodore has brown healthy hair and blue eyes, he's quite tall — always has been.
MENTAL DESCRIPTION:Osborne is quite confident and out-going. He loves making new friends and loves staying active. He would never be quiet, especially when he's with a group of friends. He's used to being the centre of attention, however, he doesn't think he's too arrogant, only sometimes.
BIOGRAPHY: Theodore was born into a quite rich family of old wizards. Both of his parents work in the Ministry of Magic and he seems to be the first to know whenever something happens in the Wizarding World. He was home-schooled before Hogwarts just so he could read, calculate and have some basic knowledge before Hogwarts.
FIRST INSTANCE OF MAGIC: Theodore was having a normal day with his friends when he was around five year old. His parents were at work that day, but he was staying with his grandparents and aunt. The young boy still cannot remember how and why, but the ball his friends tried to pick up started flying around the backyard. They were playing Quidditch at the time, of course, without broomsticks or real quaffles, however, he hated to see his opponents winning. His aunt gasped when that ball accidentally hit one of Theo's friends, but at least that was the day that Osborne's knew that their son is also a wizard.
