Physical Description: Eli has tanned skin and brown eyes. Standing at 4 feet and 8 3/4th inches, he basically sees eye-to-eye with all of his classmates. He has short, brown hair that is typically styled up with gel (too much at the moment - he has time to learn). The only true identifying mark on his body is a leaf-shaped birthmark on his right hip.

Mental Description: Elijah is a people person. Very social and outgoing, he likes to make sure that those around him are happy and are having a good time. With one of his family's core values being inclusivity, he extends this attitude to everyone he meets. He is the type of person who is always looking for the next exciting thing, whether it be something that gives him an adrenaline rush or just an overall fun time. He is cheerful, pragmatic, and spontaneous in his actions.

At the same time, due to his upbringing, he had developed the ability to foster this personality, while still knowing how to save face when things go astray. Rarely does Elijah display negative emotions because, well, he ignores them. Although he lets loose at school due to the fact that his family doesn't matter there, his learned habits are difficult to kill, especially when they have to be turned back on every time he returns home. In order to keep the negative emotions at bay, he constantly looks for happiness outside of himself.

Biography: Elijah Adams is the oldest of two children born to Ethan and Viola Adams. Three years prior, the newlyweds settled down in London shortly after graduating from university and began their careers within their respective fields, political science, and early childhood education. When Eli was five-years-old, his father was elected into the House of Commons. While Ethan was spending his weekdays traveling for work, Viola, who was a teacher, was assuring that their two young children's emotional needs were met.

Coinciding with the lack of his father's presence in the household was the notion that his family was expected to be perfect in the public eye. Regardless of his true emotions or troubling situations that occurred, he was coached to be fully composed in public. Well, until he began to exhibit his magical ability anyways. After a few "weird" instances, both he and Lori were pulled out of the public eye with the excuse of "allowing our children to make the active decision if they want to participate in our careers." Local voters ate it up and raved anytime a family picture was released. Behind the scenes, priests seemed to be constantly coming into the Adams' household and the family spent a significant amount of time praying. Not only was the young boy completely terrified of himself, but this was also the time period when he began to question his faith. Eventually, his parents put aside their beliefs and began to accept that their eldest child was magical. Still, Elijah and Lorilynn were shielded from the public.

The young boy's fear turned into curiosity by and by; he began to want to learn more about his abilities. One month before Elijah left for Hogwarts, his perception of his father and himself changed forever. Throughout the course of Ethan's Parliament career, the adults' arguments increased behind closed doors. Unbeknownst to the children, Ethan admitted to his wife that he had an affair. One night when Elijah could not bare to ignore the hushed, yet passionate voices, he decided to listen in from the top of the staircase. He was old enough to pick apart that his father had been with another woman, but not old enough to really understand what that meant. But, his mom was upset, and it made Elijah feel bad when he overheard his father blaming him and his magic for the actions. From this point on, Elijah began keeping a bit of distance between himself and his father. This is something that he has yet to discuss with anyone.

Coincidentally, the same year that Elijah was sent to Hogwarts, Lori was sent to a muggle boarding school. By this time, Ethan's term had ended and Viola resigned from her role as a teacher to establish The Gen Infinity Foundation. This non-profit aims to enrich the lives of children by developing age-appropriate after-school programs in the areas of STEM, coding, and other high-earning career paths; and helping parents by paying for necessities in times of need - all funded by their generous donors.

First Instance of Magic: Eli was seven years old when he first experiences accidental magic. At the time, his sister was five, and Elijah grew annoyed with her constantly following him around their house. After asking her to stop multiple times, his voice increasingly irritated with every demand, she continued to follow him around. Anger boiled inside of him like a teapot that was ready to be taken off the stove. Suddenly, his football, which was placed at the opposite end of the room, rose and quickly floated over, hitting the toddler in the side of her head. This caused her to immediately fall back and start crying. Elijah was grounded for a week after the incident.
