Physical Description: A small, skinny little girl with fair skin and bright blue eyes, almost grey in shade. She stands at a height of 4 feet and 5 1/2 inches making her stand out due to her shortness. She weighs 71 pounds making her small and scrawny. Her hair is light brown, sometimes tied within two braids that hang around her shoulders. Though, ever since Hogwarts, she has begun to wear her hair down down the majority of the time. Mental Description: Catherine or Cathy as she likes to be called is a sweet, shy, and thoughtful child. She has issues with putting other people’s needs before her own, a classic case of people pleasing syndrome. She leads with kindness and hard-work in most scenarios, often using it to avoid conflict in a situation. However, she does get anxious quickly and she is easy to frighten. She is overall, a compassionate and caring person who will not hesitate to help others as best she can. She is introverted, preferring to stay to herself and she is very much a rule-follower, refusing to do anything that might upset others or an authority figure.

Biography: Cathy grew up in a small cozy little family with her mother, Ellen, and her Father, Joseph, both creating a loving environment for their daughter. Her father was a jokester, a true master of sarcasm but with a legitimate soft spot for his sensitive child. Her mother was the sergeant who kept everyone in line, a no-nonsense type of person who makes sure a task is done. Cathy grew up slightly sheltered due to the protectiveness of her parents, making facing conflict a difficult challenge for her. Her mother especially put pressure on her to be obedient and good, all in an effort to make her daughter turn out a model citizen. This pressure only grew when her baby brother, Brian, came out when she was 7 and her mother gave her more chores to do while she was focused on the baby. This made Cathy become more nervous about doing things to her mothers liking and it also helped spark more of her nurturing side as she grew to adore caring for baby brother.

First Instance of Magic: Cathy’s first instance of accidental magic that she remembers (her real first instance of accidental magic came when making her baby blanket change color at age 1) came when at age 7, her mother had left her to watch her newborn baby brother while she was tending to the garden out back. Cathy was trying to find Brian’s favorite toy, which had become lodged under the as crib she would later discover, as the baby grew more fussy, Cathy became more frantic, desperate to find the comfort object. As her stress grew, her magic reacted in a similar uncontrolled manner and her baby brother was soon being picked up and levitated just above his crib. Cathy didn’t even notice at first. She only turned back to see her brother floating in the air. Terrified, Cathy called for her parents but by the time they had rushed into the room, the magic had worn off and Brian was dropped into the cot with a resounding -thud-. This left the scene with two confused parents, a tearful seven year old, and a crying baby. Cathy was scolded for telling lies after her parents calmed her down, passing off her story as mere child's imagination, and Brian was hushed until he stopped crying.
