Slightly tall for her age at 59 inches (150cm), average build.
Dark red-brown hair worn loose except for one long braid. Amber eyes. She was born with freckles but they've faded over time.

Luma is very outspoken, confident and likes to lead but she prefers to be on her own most of the time and needs to recharge after long days with extensive social interaction. She's fiercely loyal to her family and very protective. When a person gains her trust, she considers them part of her family.
Biography:
Luma is the second born of 4 children. She has twin younger siblings (a sister and brother) and an older brother. Her brother, a gryffindor, is in his fifth year at Hogwarts. Her mother, a slytherin, is a retired quidditch beater and her father, a gryffindor, works for the ministry. Her family moved to Bristol when Luma was 9, just after her older brother finished his third year at Hogwarts. The Silvana family is very close and extremely loyal to each other. Aside from the typical sibling bickering and rivalry, Luma gets along very well with her siblings.
First Instance of Magic:
Luma's first instance of accidental magic was 2 years before they moved to Bristol, Luma was 7. When her younger brother fell while climbing a tree, Luma attempted to use her magic to catch him but instead turned him into a bird. Thankfully her father was able to change him back before he was caught by the family's cat.
