Physical Description: Jonathan is 11 years old and about 5 ft tall. He has auburn (reddish/brown) hair that is shaved around the sides and longer on top. His eyes are emerald green and hidden behind a pair of stylish glasses. He likes to change the frames often to match his outfits. Jonathan was born and raised on the family farm and is no stranger to physical labor, making him a bit muscular for his age.

Mental Description: Jonathan is a friendly and playful young man. He absolutely adores his baby sister and is fiercely protective of her. He is loyal to his family and friends and will defend anyone against bullies. He uses his strength to stand up for the ones who have trouble defending themselves. Although he would rather talk than fight, he has found himself in a few scuffles in the past.

Biography: Jonathan Allen Guthrie was born on August 10, 2011, in Stirling, Scottland in the upstairs bedroom of the Guthrie family farm to Lloyd Allen Guthrie and Mable Anne Guthrie. His parents are both half-bloods, making him and his sister, Barbara half-blood as well. He grew up feeding chickens, cows and goats. His favorite chore is tending the fields with his father.

Most of Jonathan's friends are younger than him because he volunteers as a big brother to many of the youngsters in town. He walks them home from school to keep them safe and supervises them during Halloween. Jonathan does not yet have any "best" friends but hopefully that will change while he is attending Hogwarts.

First Instance of Magic: When Jonathan was four, he planted his first alfalfa seeds in a little pot. He wanted to place this pot on a shelf, but the shelf was too high. So little Jonathan got a bucket to stand on so that he could reach the shelf. As he was standing on the bucket to place his pot of alfalfa seeds onto the shelf the bucket slipped out from under him. At this point it would be expected for young Jonathan to fall, but alas he did not and he gently placed the pot upon the shelf. It wasn't until he looked down and noticed that the bucket was no longer beneath his feet that he promptly plopped down onto his bottom.
