Physical Description: Hiyosei is about 4'11", and weighs about 80 pounds. He has dark eyes, and pitch black hair. He has a scar on his hand, it's from playing in the woods and getting sliced by a magical plant. His mom tried to heal it, it healed but left a scar. It's a small one, but he still doesn't like it being there. He normally is wearing a t-shirt and Jeans.

Mental Description: Sei is a happy kid, and normally gets along with people. He comes from a good home, though his parents argue sometimes. He has a few friends at school, though he is a bit shy. He doesn't like to talk to a bunch of people at the same time, and rooms full of people scare him. He likes to explore and keeps track of places he has been.

Biography: His dad is a muggle, and his mom is a witch. When she went to Hogwarts she was a Ravenclaw. His dad works for a construction company, and his mom works in the creature department of the Ministry. Sei grew up in a small town in Ireland, it's called Cong. He had a close friend, and together they would explore the town and areas around the town. There was always an older kid or adult with them, in case something terrible happened.

First Instance of Magic: When Hiyosei was about 6, he was playing in the woods, and his father was watching him, making sure he didn't get lost or hurt. Hiyosei was climbing a small tree, it was about 15-17 feet tall, and he lost grip and fell. He was mid-fall when he stopped. He was floating! His father grabbed his hand and then Hiyosei fell the rest of the way. His father caught him.
